DfontSplitter Copyright Disclaimer

DfontSplitter for Windows and Mac can be used to reproduce materials and to modify font files. Font files can be subject to copyright, trademark and design patents and can have their own End-User Licence Agreements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of DfontSplitter on any fonts is legal, and in accordance with those licence agreements. DfontSplitter is just a graphical shell that wraps around some existing command line tools. Each user is therefore responsible for the actions they take using those tools.

With this in mind, by downloading, installing or using DfontSplitter or the command line tools that it includes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peter Upfold from and against any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the DfontSplitter software or the command line tools that it includes. This does not affect your rights under the GNU General Public Licence and is in addition to Section 15 and 16 of the GNU General Public Licence under which DfontSplitter is offered.
